*Tenant Evict Service * offers a full legal eviction service should the tenant default on rental payments in the first 12 months. Our insurers will seek to repossess the property and will pay the costs associated with doing so.
If the tenant fails to vacate on expiry of a Section 21 notice (England and Wales only) our insurers will cover the costs of eviction for you.

Review rent in accordance with current prevailing market conditions and advise the landlord. Negotiate with the tenant. Direct tenant to make payment changes as appropriate. Update the tenancy agreement. Serve section 13 notice if the tenancy is on a rolling monthly basis.
Renewal fee £120
Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy and agreement.
Court attendance fee £60 per hour

1 Hour dedicated appointment to discuss buy to let investments and advice for the local area.
