Helen has been a landlord for over 15 years, and together, with John has built up a substantial property portfolio. Helen loves to keep on top of current legislation by attending training courses and lettings events on a regular basis. John and Helen have 5 children ranging in age from teenagers to toddlers, so in the little spare time Helen gets, she enjoys long walks in the country and holidays.
John has been a landlord for over 30 years. His first property was a 13 bedroom house share in Liverpool, and it snowballed from there. Soon he’d built up a portfolio of houses and flats across the North West, mainly in Runcorn. Having dealt with more lettings agents than he could count, he decided to start HomeSmart Lettings with Helen because they knew that they could offer a better, more personal approach to lettings. So that’s what they did. In his spare time, John enjoys watching or playing competitive sports especially Tennis and Football.
Laura has worked in estate agency since leaving school 22 years ago. She has worked for both local family run independent estate agencies and for the large corporate companies. Laura loves her job and particularly loves helping people find their new rental home. In her spare time Laura enjoys eating out with friends and family and spending time with her two nephews.
Judith joined our HomeSmart team in November 2017 after previously working in retail. Judith enjoys the outdoors, camping and spending time with family and friends
Jennifer joined our HomeSmart team in September 2017. Jenny had previously worked for the benefits agency. Jenny enjoys spending time with family and reading.
Kirsty joined our HomeSmart team in January 2018. Kirsty has previously worked in commercial accountancy. In her spare time she enjoys holidays and reading.
Lisa was part of the Cheshire Relocation team for over 5 years and we were delighted that she joined us at HomeSmart Lettings following Cheshire Relocations merge with HomeSmart. In her spare time Lisa enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Julie has been part of our team since October 2019 and takes care of the maintenance issues. Julie lives in Helsby and in her spare time she enjoys long walks with her dog and spending time with family.
Barry worked for Cheshire Relocation in Frodsham for the past 10 years and we are delighted that he has moved over to our team as part of the merge of Cheshire Relocation with HomeSmart Lettings.
